I hope the company reads this and fixes the items I indicated. I did quickly review help to determine if there was another way to back up the whole device, but I did not find any. I would have preferred only the basic note information get exported.
These made the notes almost unintelligible. xml file, it had a lot of superfluous data and characters. The exporting seemed to work fine, but, when I tried to read the note's. I have many notes on my phone - maybe 100 notes.
I think the interface is slick and easy to use and works for the features I would use - except for two. This program downloaded, activated and seemed to run fine for most of the features I tried.
